Gentle Flow (Kim):  6:00 pm Thursday (beginning September 24th)

I would like to take your class in Johnson City. Please let me know to days & times you offer a beginner yoga or Pilates class in town.

I am interested in your beginning yoga classes but work in Austin so would not be able to attend the morning classes. Since these posts are really old, I was wondering if you have extended your evening classes to more than just one evening? I have two other friends who would be interested in this same type of class as well. Please let me know asap.
Thanks and I look forward to meeting you.

Hi Beckie: I would like to begin attending your class next week. I had contacted Casa de Yoga in Blanco and was all set to begin driving back and forth to Blanco. They told me that there was a class beginning in Johnson City, but they were unsure of details. Today while at Dr. Ramsey’s office one of his employees told me that she had seen a sign and thought the classes were at the gym. I stopped by and got the information off of the front door this evening. I hope to start on Wednesday. I’m a definate beginner. I see you have a student health questionnaire – I’ll fill that out. Looking forward to this!

Don’t worry, we have a wide-range of yoga experience in the classes. I’m thrilled Casa de Yoga told you about me. I guess I should get them those details. Thanks for going ahead and filling out that form. Call or e-mail me if you have any last-minute questions. I can’t wait to meet you Wednesday.

I am interested in attending a yoga class. I understand they are 8:30 A.M. on Monday and Wednesday mornings. What is the cost? I have been practicing yoga for 30 years on and off. I first took classes on Cape Cod when I lived there and then in Blanco. I use a dvd every morning but I like to take classes as you get in a rut and often are not able to see what you might be doing wrong. Also I’m much older now and don’t bend as I used to!!!

Classes are $10/class, or $45/5 classes. I always enjoyed spicing up my regular yoga practice by going to various classes. I shouldn’t admit this, but YouTube has a ton of yoga classes on it too. My goal is to make each class accessible from beginners to long-time yogis, and to keep it fun. In my opinion, there is no “easy” pose, and all poses can be perfected. I’m looking forward to meeting you. Remember, the first class is free!
